Ingredients
For 8-12 portions
16 oz of
romeo’s gin
8 oz of orange liqueur,
Grand Marnier
32 oz of pomegranate juice
4 oz of fresh lime juice
Lime wedges
4 oz of ginger syrup
romeo’s gin SONIC water melon + hibiscus
Garnish: mint bouquet and pomegranate seeds
Preparation
In a punch bowl, combine the gin, the orange liqueur, the pomegranate juice, the lime juice and the ginger syrup.
Add lime wedges and ice cubes, to fill the bowl.
Mix with a bar spoon.
Add in sparkling wine and serve it in Old Fashioned glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with the mint bouquet and pomegranate seeds.
