Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of romeo’s gin
1 dash of bitters (floral or fruity)
3 oz Kombucha (floral or fruity)
Garnish : dry lavender, fresh mint

Preparation

In an ice-filled Highball glass, combine all the ingredients but the garnish
Mix gently with a bar spoon
Garnish with dried lavender and fresh mint
