Ingredients

  • 2 1/2oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1 oz of Dry Vermouth 
  • 1/2 oz of Lemongrass Syrup
  • 1/2 oz of lime juice
  • 1 ginger slice
  • Garnish: nori sheet + Dill

Preparation

  • In the mixing glass, add all the ingredients.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain in an old fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with nori sheet and a sprig of dill.
