Aperitif
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz of
romeo’s gin
1/2 oz of
Aperol
3/4 oz of fresh lime juice
1/4 oz of simple syrup
1 egg white
1 orange twist
Garnis : Angostura bitters drops
Preparation
Add all the ingredients in a shaker, including the orange zest, except for the Angostura bitters.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain the contents of the shaker into a container and discard the ice.
Shake the cocktail again very firmly without ice to froth the drink at its maximum.
Double strain into a small tumbler glass and garnish with individual drops of Angostura bitters.
