Ingredients
1 1/2 oz of
romeo’s gin
3/4 oz of fresh lime juice
1 oz of pomegranate juice
3/4 oz of grapefruit juice
1/2 oz of ginger syrup
Garnis : rosemary branch, grapefruit slice and pomegranate seeds.
Preparation
Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain in an Old Fashioned glass, filled with new ice.
Garnish with rosemary sprig, a grapefruit slice and pomegranate seeds for a more festive touch.
