Roasted Pineapple Rosemary Smash

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1 1/2oz of roasted pineapple juice 
  • 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz of rosemary syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: Rosemary sprig and a roasted pineapple slice

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and double  strain over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. 
  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh rosemary branch and roasted pineapple slice.

  • Cocktail sieve
  • Ice
