Ingredients

  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin V
  • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: Green grapes

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a highball glass. 
  • Fill the glass completely with ice and top with sparkling water.
  • Gently stir the cocktail with the bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a bunch of green grapes.
