Ingredients

  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin V
  • 1 oz of lime juice
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 oz of vanilla syrup
  • 1 dash of Wasabi 
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: Lemongrass stalks + Flower

Preparation

  • In a shaker, add the Granny Smith apple and squeeze.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Shake well without ice.
  • Add ice and shake well again.
  • Strain in a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with lemongrass and flower petals.
