romeo’s gin
4 oz of Tonic Fever Tree
Elderflower

1 branch of lavender**
1 branch of Dill
* Available in Quebec at Favuzzi
** Fresh or dried, optional
Preparation
Fill the glass with ice.
Add the gin and the tonic.
Mix gently with a long spoon.
Garnish with dill and lavender.
