INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz romeo’s gin
- 1 dash of Angostura Aromatic bitters
- 3 – 4 basil leaves
- 3 slices of fresh ginger
- 1642 Yuzu
YOU WILL NEED
- Highball glass
- Ice
- Bar spoon
PREPARATION
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add the gin, bitters, basil and ginger
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Top with 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a basil leaf
