A series of seasonal, fresh and vibrant cocktails created by our brand ambassador Mélanie during the YUL EAT festival , using the Quebec-made 3/4 oz tonics.

Carrot-Ginger
Instructions
  • In a shaker, combine the Ginger Ale with the orange and the carrot juice. Muddle.
  • Add romeo’s gin and some ice. Shake.
  • Strain the cocktail on ice. Add the soda water and stir.
Strawberry-Tonico
  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • 0.5 oz of Tonic Syrup by 3/4 oz Tonic
  • 2 oz of soda water
  • 5 strawberries
  • 4 mint leaves
Instructions
  • In a shaker, combine the Tonic Syrup, the strawberries and the mint. Muddle.
  • Add the romeo’s gin and some ice and shake.
  • Strain on ice. Add the soda water and stir.
