Inspiration for the cocktail : This artwork represents for me a process of creation and an emergence of ideas in 3 times. I then took this concept with 3 spirits unified in 3 times by bitter, sugar and acid. The addition of calvados to the cocktail represents the unexpected side but gives full meaning to the final product. So I took elements that initially are not supposed to go well together but that ultimately allow to create a consistent, expressive, representing the concept of being able to wander in our own personal emptiness.
