THIS COCKTAIL IS:

Inspiration for the You Can’t Escape Yourself cocktail : You can escape a lot of things in life, but you cannot run away from yourself. Might as well making peace with your wonderfully complex and imperfect being. Often we are asked: “What does a bartender drink?”, thinking that we are going to name a fancy, obscure and unknown cocktail, or a very precise vintage of a small-batch artisanal spirit. Well no. Want to know what a bartender drinks in winter? Well, a beer, a glass of wine or a good big pint of cold cider. That’s why my cocktail has a side of a glass of cider; because YOU CAN’T ESCAPE YOURSELF! The cocktail is inspired by the visual aspect of Pony’s work. Colorful and whimsical, just like me.
