romeo’s gin is so dominant in garden aromas that it just makes sense to play on those characteristics. Blood orange, ginger and turmeric have an undeniable match and bring both a fruitiness and earthiness that may be more subtle in an otherwise very flavorful gin.

  • 1 ½ oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1 oz of turmeric and ginger root infused blood orange fresh juice
  • ½ oz of simple syrup
  • Garnishes: Dehydrated lime wheel with dried rose petals on top

Turmeric and ginger root infused blood orange fresh juice:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Dried ginger root, grated (to taste)
  • 1 L of fresh blood orange juice

  • Coupe glass
  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Cocktail sieve
  • Ice

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Double strain the liquid into a coupe glass, using a cocktail strainer and sieve.
  • Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and rose petals.

Turmeric and ginger root infused blood orange fresh juice:

  • Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 6 hours.
  • Strain the liquid and bottle.
