All the ingredients behind romeo’s gin in a cocktail! To be enjoyed at brunch time, at lunch or at night!

  • 1 ½ oz of romeo’s gin
  • ¼ oz of Miele, almond-nut liquor
  • 2.5 oz of fresh cucumber juice
  • ¼ oz of lavender syrup
  • ¾ oz of lemon juice
  • Garnish: 1 slice of dehydrated lemon, lavender and dill

  • 9 oz Old Fashioned glass
  • Juice extractor
  • Shaker
  • Ice
  • Cocktail strainer

  • Stir all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake lightly to homogenize and strain the liquid  into an Old Fashioned glass, on ice.
  • Garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill, lavender and a dehydrated lemon slice

Notes: One medium cucumber gives about 8 oz of liquid once passed through the extractor. This will allow you to make 3 cocktails.

*** If you don’t have a juice extractor, put 3 large (1-inch) cucumber slices in a shaker and muddle to extract the juice. ***
