My initial inspiration for the cocktail came from the Gold/Red colour.  My mind went to the golden colour of turmeric. Then I remembered that Golden Milk was a vegan trend that was tasty and would hold up to a gin with relatively vegetal, nutty and citrusy notes. The aquafaba supplements the vegan theme and provides a foam “canvas” for the red bitters design on top. The name “foxy”came from not only the colours but the sly nature of foxes that I feel most creatives need to give their work cohesion & purpose.
