Sotto Lichio is a version of “granita”, a classic frozen treat meant to help for good digestion. You can serve it half way through the courses of a long and heavy meal or as dessert for a fresh and light finish.


  • 1 oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1 big scoop of rhubarb and strawberry sorbet (or any berries sorbet)
  • Garnishes: mint bouquet and dried hibiscus flowers


  • Martini glass
  • Ice cream spoon


  • Put a scoop of sorbet in a martini glass. 
  • Garnish with the mint bouquet and the hibiscus flowers. 
  • Pour the gin on top.
