Roughneck is an aromatic and balanced cocktail, with romeo’s gin, Grand Marnier and homemade dill bitters, with a delicious toasted rosemary touch.


  • 1 oz of romeo’s gin
  • ¾ oz of Grand Marnier
  • ¼ oz of homemade dill bitters
  • ½ oz of lime juice
  • ¼ oz of rosemary syrup
  • 1 mist of orange blossom water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Garnish: Toasted sprig of rosemary


  • Shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Cocktail sieve
  • Cocktail torch
  • Coupe glass
  • Ice
  • Atomizer


  • Start by misting the coupe glass with orange blossom water.
  • Add all ingredients in the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously, and double strain in the Coupe glass.
  • Smoke a sprig of rosemary with a torch and put it in the glass.
