romeo’s fashioned is an Old Fashioned cocktail variation with romeo’s gin and pink grapefruit.

THIS COCKTAIL IS:

Inspired by the Old Fashioned cocktail, this romeo’s gin short cocktail is a perfect mix of sweetness and bitterness. It is strong, aromatic and has a refreshing kick.

Ingredients

2 oz of romeo’s gin
⅛ and 1 peel of pink grapefruit
⅓ oz of simple syrup
1 dash of Angostura bitters

Accessories

Old Fashioned or lowball glass
Cocktail spoon
Pestle
1 large ice cube

Preparation

Combine the pink grapefruit, the simple syrup and the bitters in an old fashioned glass
Muddle well
Add the gin and the large ice cube
Stir well with a bar spoon
Garnish with the grapefruit peel
