THIS COCKTAIL IS:

This arugula & cantaloupe gin & tonic highlights the vegetal notes of romeo’s gin. The cocktail is topped with Fever Tree Indian Tonic (or other dry tonic), baby arugula and juicy cantaloupe melon.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • 4 oz of Fever Tree Indian Tonic
  • Garnish : slices of cantaloupe (or watermelon, or honeydew melon) and arugula leaves

Accessories

  • Wine glass or gin tonic round glass
  • Long spoon
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes
  • Combine the gin and tonic in the glass and add more ice cubes if needed
  • Mix gently with a bar spoon
  • Garnish with arugula leaves and cantaloupe slices
