THIS COCKTAIL IS:
- Cocktail strainer
- Cocktail sieve
- Bar spoon
- Champagne flute
- Add all ingredients in a shaker, except for Lamarca Prosecco
- Shake vigorously. Double strain in a Champagne flute.
- Top with 3 ounces of Lamarca Prosecco.
- Add a bar spoon of yuzu lemonade foam on top of the drink.
- Garnish with beet pearls and dill.
