When I was looking at the mural for the first time, the first thing that hit me was how absolutely vibrant and bold it was. But then I tried romeo’s gin which was beautifully floral and delicate, which made me want to play off of the floral notes. This helped me choose my ingredients but also the name. But because the mural has a strong nature’s bounty influence I went to choose some additional ingredients that reflected that character, like orgeat, chocolate, and cardamon. And there it was: Plus de Fleurs, a strong, multi-flowered Martini that screams spring!
