Inspiration for the cocktail : The contrast of blue and green certainly represents the land and the sea. In this canvas, the black proposes the renunciation of the vanity of this world to thus make room for the beauty of nature. The variation of blue evokes, for its part, the sky, water, sea, and freedom. So I picked wild tea to extract the chlorophyll. I then concocted a saline water with honey and a syrup with wild blueberries. I clarified everything with whole milk to get the paleest blue possible. Continuing the idea of a journey between land and sea, I completed with a Salicornia Salt Tile Ink Tile. This represents the linear aspect of the canvas and brings the final touch to my creation.
