  • Cocktail inspirations: This cocktail is a feminine cocktail interpreting in its own way the vital human need to reconnect with nature. It is a narration of aromas oscillating between the acidity of spring shoots and young fruits referenced in the cradle of humanity: maple, grape, apple, pear, etc.
  • Top 3 of his favorite gin-based cocktails: Gimlet, Martini cocktail (Harry Johnson’s version), Montreal Cocktail


  • 1 oz of romeo’s gin 
  • ½ oz of apple vermouth Rouge Gorge Blanc 
  • ½ oz of raisin vermouth Lab Val Caudalies
  • ½ oz of lemon juice
  • ¼ oz of maple syrup
  • ¼ oz of ginger syrup Gingembre Infernal du Lab
  • 3 dashes of pear bitters Dillon’s Pear


  • Shaker
  • Coupe glass


  • Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker
  • Shake well for a few seconds
  • Strain into the coupe glass
