THIS COCKTAIL IS:
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz of romeo’s gin
- ½ oz of ground cherry liqueur, Amour en Cage
- ½ dash of smoked pear bitters, Apothecary
- 1 bar spoon of bitter liqueur, Amernoir
- Garnish : dry lemon
Accessories
- Bar spoon
- Cedar board
- Mixing glass
- Torch
- Ice
- Whisky tumbler
Preparation
- Smoke a cedar board and put the whisky tumbler on the top to catch the smoke
- Add all the ingredients and the ice in the mixing glass
- Mix gently with the bar spoon
- Fill the smoked glass with a large ice cube
- Strain the mix on the ice cube
- Garnish with dry lemon
