Inspiration for the cocktail : To represent these feminine figures, I wanted a spicy and smoky cocktail so this gave me the idea to use the cedar board to smoke the glass. For me, this mural also represents the femininity, the beautiful and the delicate.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz of romeo’s gin
  • ½ oz of ground cherry liqueur, Amour en Cage
  • ½ dash of smoked pear bitters, Apothecary
  • 1 bar spoon of bitter liqueur, Amernoir
  • Garnish : dry lemon

Accessories

  • Bar spoon
  • Cedar board
  • Mixing glass
  • Torch
  • Ice
  • Whisky tumbler

Preparation

  • Smoke a cedar board and put the whisky tumbler on the top to catch the smoke
  • Add all the ingredients and the ice in the mixing glass
  • Mix gently with the bar spoon
  • Fill the smoked glass with a large ice cube
  • Strain the mix on the ice cube
  • Garnish with dry lemon
