Inspiration for the cocktail : “For this cocktail, I really relied on the artist’s description of his work. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs, both in my life and in my career, so I could identify the emotion behind MEKA’s thoughts. There have been so many times when we want to cuddle everything there in life, but at the end of the day we have to do justice and honor the sacrifices we made, the people who supported us and, above all, to ourselves, we who chase our dreams and keep alive the flame of hope, with great blows of passion, when Life seems determined to want to extinguish it. MEKA talks about every morning we wake up and start over and that’s where I got my inspiration as I made this recipe when I got out of bed. I went into a creativity that was accessible. I picked up a crate of bananas from the trash and thought it would be cool to recreate the banana milk my Mom made me in the morning when I was ugly. When my coffee was done pouring, it made sense to add it to the cocktail so the first cup ended up in the mix instead of my throat. Behind my ingredients, on the counter, I saw an old bottle of oxidized sauvignon blanc that looked bored and thought to myself that it would be nobler to end up in a cool cocktail project than in the sink. After all, that’s what to keep growing, it’s to do wonders with what we have here now, instead of letting it all fade away. ”
