A gin and tonic cocktail made of romeo’s gin is better than a Pumpkin Spice Latte. With its bright and warm notes of apple, almond, lemon and cucumber, it’s the perfect fruity and balanced fall cocktail.


  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • ½ oz of fresh lemon juice 
  • ¼ oz of orgeat syrup
  • 1 oz of Oasis apple juice
  • 2 cucumber slices, cut in 4.
  • Fever-Tree tonic water
  • Garnish: fresh mint


  • Shaker
  • Muddler
  • Ice cubes
  • Highball glass


  • In a shaker, crush the cucumber slices with a muddler.
  • Add romeo’s gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and apple juice.
  • Add ice, close the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the contents of the shaker into a Highball glass.
  • Top with Fever-Tree tonic water and garnish with fresh mint.
