THIS COCKTAIL IS:
Ingredients
- 2 oz of romeo’s gin X
- 1 oz of fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz of simple syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 slices cucumber
- Garnish: mint and cucumber ribbon
Accessories
- Shaker
- Muddler
- Cocktail strainer
- Sieve
- Ice
- Old Fashioned or coupe glass
Preparation
- In the shaker, muddle the cucumber slices.
- Add the mint, liquid ingredients and ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a big ice cube or without ice in a coupe glass.
- Garnish with the mint and cucumber ribbon.
