Meet Charles Brouard, Montreal mixologist. Discover his cocktail creations with romeo’s gin! It is in the charming city of Quebec that Charles Brouard made his debut behind the wood of the beloved Le Cercle. A few years later, he started to shake playful cocktails for his longtime friends at Le Cendrillon, where he managed the bar. After two years, he decided to pursue his education in mixology in the renowned 1608 bar program. This one being under the tutelage of the Fairmont Château Frontenac, he seized the opportunity to join the impressive Botanist Bar brigade in the very chic Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver. Recently back in Quebec, you will find him at a Guest Bartender event if he is not teaching in his hometown!

- Old Fashioned glass
- Using lime juice, decorate the rim of the glass with salt and black cumin.
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker, add the ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain finely through a cocktail strainer and sieve into an Old Fashioned glass on a large ice cube.
