  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • ½ oz of strawberry shrub
  • ¼ oz of Prosyro Vienna elderflower syrup
  • 3 drops of Ms. Better’s Bitters Green Strawberry Mah Kwan Bitters
  • 1 splash of lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon of activated charcoal powder
  • romeo’s gin foamer
  • Garnish: Dehydrated strawberry powder


  • Shaker
  • Bar spoon
  • Cauldron
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Cocktail sieve
  • Ice
  • Coupe glass


  • Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice, except for the romeo’s gin foamer.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with romeo’s gin foamer and dehydrated strawberry powder.

Strawberry Shrub


  • 1 cup of strawberries halved
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon zest


  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, vinegar and lemon zest in a medium nonreactive saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Remove from heat and let stand for 20 minutes.
  4. Strain into an airtight heatproof container.
  5. Refrigerate until cold, about 4 hours or up to 1 week.

romeo’s gin foamer

  • ½ oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1 bar spoon of Prosyro Jalapeno Syrup
  • 3 dashes of Ms. Better’s Bitters Miracle Foamer
  • Shake in cocktail shaker with ice until fully foamed
