THIS COCKTAIL IS:

Beleaf it or not is surprising, bold and fresh. Turning all the leaves in the book for a magnificent & leafy result.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • ½ oz of fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz of simple syrup
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 6 arugula leaves
  • Sparkling wine
  • Garnish : Long lemon twist and basil leaf

Accessories

  • Champagne glass
  • Shaker 
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Cocktail sieve
  • Ice

Preparation

  • In a shaker, add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine. 
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. 
  • Double strain into a Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. 
  • Garnish with a long lemon twist and basil leaf
