Apple Pie is a smooth fall cocktail with romeo's gin, with flavours of apple, peach and cinnamon, served hot.

A hot cocktail made with romeo’s gin and local apple juice. Serve in a beautiful stemmed glass with mittens!


  • 3 oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1 oz of Sivo peach liqueur
  • ½ oz of lemon juice
  • 1 oz of maple syrup
  • 10 oz of Tradition apple juice
  • 2 dashes of Zingiber Crabapple bitters from Bittered Sling (optionnel)
  • Garnish : grated cinnamon and thin apple slices

Makes 2 cocktails


  • Pot
  • 2 hot drink stem glasses or cups
  • Mixing spoon


  • In a pot, heat the apple juice and the maple syrup without letting it get to a boil.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients in a hot drink glass with a stem or a cup, then pour the hot apple juice over it.
  • Grate some cinnamon over the cocktail and garnish it with  thin apple slices.
