6 cocktails inspired by romeo's gin edition 06
Since its launch in Quebec 5 years ago, romeo's gin has pursued the mission of democratizing urban art, first through its various editions showcasing Canadian urban artists, but also through many other creative initiatives, such as the romeo's museum, the very first museum of urban art in Canada, or more recently, by commissioning the largest and most unexpected mural in Toronto: C-Horse. This masterpiece of over 26,000 square feet was created by Toronto based artist birdO, located at 148 Cumberland St., on the top floor of the CitiPark Cumberland Parkade.
The launch of the 06 edition of romeo's gin, which proudly showcases this colorful artwork, has inspired many mixologists in Ontario and we were eager to discover the cocktail recipes they created with romeo's gin. Simple cocktails or complex cocktails, but most importantly, cocktails that all celebrate creativity and ultimately reveal themselves as liquid art.
In these uncertain and grey days, we rely on creativity to bring color into our lives.
To all the mixologists behind these cocktails, we say thank you.
Thank you for making us travel with flavors of the world.
Thank you for making our taste buds tingle.
Thank you for bringing art where we don't expect it.
Never let isolation be a limit to your creativity!
Go ahead, get inspired!
